Take Beverage Alcohol Surveys
If you would like to participate in the beverage alcohol surveys occasionally issued by LDA Opinions, please enter an email address in the text box below.
All who take full-length surveys are entered into cash drawings for $300, $200, and $100 awarded for each survey. Those who accept invitations to participate in focus groups are each given an honorarium of $100. Brief surveys are sometimes offered, with $100 cash awards for three or more drawing winners.
There is no obligation to take any survey, and you can opt out of our panel at any time. Panel membership is limited to U.S. residents. We will never give, trade, or sell your email address to a third party.
